Rayna grew up in Yolo and Solano counties and now lives on a small ranch near Winters with family. In 2023, they earned an Associates Degree in Science in Early Childhood Education from Solano Community College (SCC) and the Child Development Teaching Permit in 2024.
Rayna continues working at the SCC’s Early Learning Center, journeying with young children as they explore the world and supporting fellow teachers as they grow their understanding of caring for the young child.
She is grateful to walk with DWS in creating a more intentional and just future. Rayna enjoys hand sewing, gardening, hikes near water, and discovering new music!
