Eloisa Rodriguez brings warmth, imagination, and deep understanding of the young child gained over more than 20 years of experience as a lead teacher in Waldorf kindergartens. She has been the Lead Kindergarten Teacher at Sacramento Waldorf School since 2005, where she has created a warm, nurturing environment for young children and built strong partnerships with families. Prior to that, she taught at East Bay Waldorf School and Cedar Springs Waldorf School.
Eloisa holds an Early Childhood Diploma from Rudolf Steiner College and has completed the Foundation Year Certification Program. She is deeply committed to continued professional development, having attended WECAN conferences for over 15 years, and is currently enrolled in a three-year program on “Understanding the Developing Needs of the Young Child.”
Beyond the classroom, Eloisa has served on numerous committees including Professional Development, Hiring, Student Support Services, and DEIJ work. She has mentored interns and teachers in training, and has been an AWSNA representative for her school. She is a talented teacher, storyteller, and mentor, and we are thrilled that she is joining us.
