Before joining us at Davis Waldorf, Kaycie Hernandez worked at Patwin Elementary as a Playground Lunchtime Aid here in Davis and is currently part of the Head Team for Cal Aggie Camp, a non profit organizations that gives foster and underprivileged youth in the Yolo County a fun camp experience. She is currently a fourth year at the University of California, Davis Majoring in Human Development and double Minoring in Education and Community Development.

During her free time Kaycie loves to be out in nature, cook her favorite comfort meals, listen to music, and hang out with her friends.  She is passionate about working with youth and is excited to take back the skills and knowledge she gains from Davis Waldorf School back with her to the Central Valley where she was born and raised. Kaycie is eager to develop strong connections with both the staff and students here at Davis Waldorf School!
