Heather grew up in Davis, however she has been living in Canada for the past 10 years. She received a degree from California State University at Chico in Sociology. She loved studying diverse populations and all the aspects of our society. Heather continued this love while working as a counselor in residential treatment for over 10 years.

Heather is also a mom of 8 adult children and 1 preschooler. She has spent her entire adult life working and caring for children in one capacity or another. Heather loves camping and being in nature — her family has been on annual camping road trips through Alberta, British Columbia, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California. Heather is looking forward to learning more about Waldorf education and is enjoying being part of the community.
