Volunteer Forms
Due to SB 848, all volunteers are required to complete the Mandated Reporter training. Please go here to complete the General Training. It is a two hour course. When complete, please send your completion certificate to our bookkeeper at bookkeeper@daviswaldorf.org.
We appreciate your volunteer work — we could not give the children all the wonderful things we do without your tireless support!
FACTS Student Information System
DWS uses a student information system called FACTS. This system brings everything together in one online portal, including contracts, tuition payments, and end of year reports.
