Why Choose Waldorf Education?
February 13, Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
How do Waldorf teachers, parents and graduates view Waldorf education? This evening's discussion will be sure to be lively, with insights that only those who have experienced Waldorf education can share. Joining us will be Karen Roos and Cindy Toy, Davis Waldorf teachers who are passionate about Waldorf education and have 20 years combined teaching experience. They will give an overview of Waldorf education and speak about their experience teaching. We will also have Ezra Beeman, current Davis Waldorf parent of three children, whose own experience in Waldorf education led him and his wife to choose this educational path for their children. Also present will be Vatrena King, current Davis Waldorf parent of a Davis Waldorf of an 8th grader as well as a graduate. We also hope to have a DWS alumni student join us. This evening is sure to be informative and warm. Open to all, adults only please.
