Tina Rheault, Administrator
Tina Rheault (pronounced “Row”) joined Davis Waldorf School in April 2013 as our Adminstrator, to fulfill part of our school’s dual leadership model. Tina was formerly the Business Manager at the Cedar Springs Waldorf School in Placerville, was a small business owner for many years, and served many other non-profit organizations with her wealth of business, marketing and development experience.
She has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Arizona. Prior to her business career, Tina served as a Safety Engineer on various projects for the space shuttle and unmanned rockets. Tina's husband is a professional pianist and they have three lovely daughters. Their oldest attended Cedar Springs from K-8 and is an alumnus of the High Mowing Waldorf High School in New Hampshire. Their younger two are currently in college.

Lauren Hickman, M.A., Pedagogical Chair
Lauren Hickman, MA, is a passionate advocate for children and parents. She has taught as an early childhood educator for over 25 years, includingeight years as the Early Childhood Department Chair at Rudolf Steiner College. She is a versatile educator who teaches at the adult level at American River College and with the very youngest in the parent child programs. She is a mentor, consultant and evaluator for early childhood programs in Waldorf schools, both public and private.
